The County of Bergen has established a contract with Main Attractions for the provision of tents and event rentals and accessories. The contract is for a period of twelve months with two twelve-month options. The vendor is required to provide catalogs that clearly identify the product name, specifications, packaging information, and related information. Prices must be listed in each catalog or in an accompanying price list. The vendor must also supply the County of Bergen Department of Purchasing with newly printed catalogs with any price changes at least ten working days prior to the increased prices becoming effective. Some of the typical tent and event rental needs for the County include pavillion tents, game tents, and additional items such as fencing, sandbags, and tables. • The contract is for the provision of tents and event rentals and accessories for various Bergen County agencies and cooperative counties and municipalities. • The vendor is required to be an official distributor for the specified equipment and provide documentation to accompany each bid proposal. • The contract is for a period of twelve months with two twelve-month options. • The vendor must provide catalogs that clearly identify the product name, specifications, packaging information, and related information. • Prices must be listed in each catalog or in an accompanying price list.
