Event Parking Services

The contract is for event parking services to be provided to the Savannah State University. The services include parking management, and the vendor must be able to meet all the delivery requirements outlined in the specifications document. The contract term is from the date of award until the end of the State’s current fiscal year, with options to renew for up to 4 years. The vendor must also provide the necessary personnel and equipment to carry out the event parking operations. • The contract is an open contract with an estimated amount of $30,000. • The vendor must comply with the State's Standard Contract and the terms outlined in the solicitation. • The vendor must provide all necessary materials and equipment to carry out the event parking operations. • The vendor must employ an adequate staff for consistent and efficient operation of event parking services. • The vendor must assume sole responsibility for hiring, training, supervising, and firing of parking personnel.
