ATM Services – The Citadel

This contract provides The Citadel with full‑service Automated Teller Machine (ATM) installation, operation, and maintenance across three campus locations. The awardee supplies the hardware, software, networking, and all ongoing servicing, including cash loading, security camera installation (still‑image only), and rapid response to service calls. The contract is a five‑year fixed‑price agreement with an annual rent/fee paid by the vendor to the college and includes a 5 % yearly fee increase. • Scope: supply, install, and maintain free‑standing ATMs at Mark Clark Hall, the campus Coin Laundry, and athletic venues (up to two units). • Technical requirements: approx. 2 ft × 4 ft × 6 ft units, cellular/wireless connectivity, still‑image security cameras, ability to bolt units to floor. • Service standards: 24‑hour response to service calls, ≤48 hours out‑of‑service time, quarterly performance reporting. • Financial: fixed‑price contract with $84,000 maximum value; annual rent/fee determined by vendor; 5 % annual fee increase.
