RFP #2432 - ELECTRONIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM

This contract awards OpenGov INC. the design, licensing, implementation, and ongoing support of a cloud‑based electronic procurement system for the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County. The system must cover the full source‑to‑contract lifecycle (excluding accounts payable), provide contract and vendor management, integrate with HOC’s existing Yardi ERP and budget tools, support OCR for paper contracts and invoices, and accommodate at least 100 user licenses with defined administrator and business user roles.
