Chadwick & Deerfield Water and Sewer Main Rehabilitation Project

This contract concerns the rehabilitation of water and sewer infrastructure in Hartford and East Hartford, CT. The scope includes installing new 8‑inch water mains, performing sewer main repairs, cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining, replacing sewer mains, rehabilitating manholes, and completing associated surface restorations. Work will be performed on Chadwick Avenue, Deerfield Avenue, Goodwin Place, Francis Street, and Hanmer Street, and must comply with Section 01010 “Summary of Work.” A mandatory pre‑bid conference was held on September 12 2024, and sealed bids were due by October 16 2024.
