Description
The City of Wilmington is seeking an on‑call professional services firm (or firms) to provide landscape architecture, architectural, and engineering support for its Parks & Recreation department. The work will be performed under a Master Services Agreement with individual task orders covering everything from pre‑design planning, community outreach, cost estimating, schematic and detailed design, bid‑set preparation, permitting assistance, construction administration, and as‑built documentation for park‑related projects. The solicitation allows firms to submit for any or all three disciplines, encourages teaming with M/WBE sub‑consultants, and will evaluate proposals on qualifications, experience, and resource availability. The contract term is three years with up to two optional one‑year extensions, and fees will be negotiated per task order.
