Description
This contract awards a single armed, uniformed security officer to provide on‑site protection and voter‑assistance during the Early‑In‑Person voting period for the November 2025 General Election. The officer will be present at the Board of Elections Administration Building from early October through early November, covering a total of 195 hours (plus a 10 % contingency). The vendor must hold an Ohio PISGS wall license, meet specific insurance requirements, and supply required documentation before service begins.
• Service period: 7 Oct 2025 – 2 Nov 2025 (195 hours).
• Scope: armed security, voter assistance, traffic control, enforcement of electioneering rules.
