Description
The Town of Bloomfield is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a comprehensive renovation of the Wintonbury Hills Golf Course. The scope includes reconstruction of existing sand bunkers (reshaping, drainage improvements, installation of Capillary Flow and JM Evalith liners, and new sand), construction of new bunkers, renovation of the putting green on Hole #16, expansion and construction of new back tees on Holes #15 and #18, associated grading, drainage, irrigation adjustments, tree clearing on Hole #15, seedbed preparation, and grassing/sodding. All work must comply with detailed technical specifications and plans provided in the RFP documents. Proposals are due by 1:00 pm on Nov 5, 2026, with questions accepted through Oct 19, 2026.
• Re‑shape and improve drainage of existing bunkers, install Capillary Flow & JM Evalith liners
• Construct new sand bunkers per design drawings
• Renovate the Hole #16 putting green and expand tee boxes on Holes #15 & #18
• Perform grading, drainage, irrigation adjustments, tree removal, seedbed prep, and sodding
• Deliver complete construction documentation and warranty as required
