Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is seeking a small‑business firm to supply, deliver, and install a complete set of new commercial‑grade office furniture for multiple rooms at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order (FOB Destination) with all costs (product, delivery, installation) included. The contractor must adhere to strict coordination, safety, and “Dignity” requirements, and must provide detailed technical data, pricing broken out by room, and required insurance coverage. The award will be made to the lowest technically acceptable price, with no negotiations anticipated.
• Scope includes desks, credenzas, filing cabinets, chairs, tables, acoustic panels, monitor arms, and related accessories as detailed in the attached Statement of Need.
• Delivery and installation must be completed within 60 days of order receipt, with coordination notice ≥ 14 business days before delivery; no unscheduled or partial shipments allowed.
