Systems Furniture Design & Reconfiguration Services

The City of Roseville’s Public Works Facility Services Division is seeking a qualified contractor to provide ongoing systems‑furniture design, space planning, reconfiguration, and installation services for a variety of office environments across multiple city locations. The contractor must produce AutoCAD drawings and as‑built floor plans, manage inventory of existing cubicle components, perform ergonomic assessments, and coordinate with City staff and other trades. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewals, and work will be performed on an as‑needed basis. • Scope includes design, planning, and re‑configuration of Haworth, Allsteel, Teknion, and Kimball furniture systems. • Required deliverables: detailed specifications, product lists, cabling/power plans, layout drawings, AutoCAD and as‑built drawings for each project. • Installation tasks: disassembly, re‑assembly, peripheral reconnection, ergonomic accessory installation, and provision of tools/equipment. • Contractor must maintain inventory, order parts, and provide ergonomic evaluations when requested. • Minimum qualifications: 5+ years experience for lead installers, certifications on listed furniture systems highly desired. • Invoicing: Net 30, with detailed cost breakdown per job. • Contract term: 1 year base, optional renewal up to 4 additional years, pricing renegotiated annually.
