Software Implementation-Slate

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to transition from Salesforce and TargetX by Liaison to Slate CRM software by Technolutions. The goal of the RFP is to make the transition smooth and timely. The project includes implementing Slate, migrating data from Salesforce and TargetX by Liaison, reviewing processes, and enhancing them where possible. The project also includes configuring the overall environment to support separate application groups, implementing role-based access controls, and providing training and support. • Implement Slate CRM system and migrate data from Salesforce and TargetX by Liaison • Review processes and leverage Slate to enhance where possible • Configure the overall environment to support separate application groups • Implement role-based access controls • Provide training and support • Migrate 5 years of application data in the EDA format • Implement SSO integrations • Develop custom reports and dashboards • Provide best practice recommendations for pre-professional applications
