This opportunity is a firm‑fixed‑price, Design‑Bid‑Build contract to construct a new Basic Military Training (BMT) chapel for U.S. Air Force personnel at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for all phases of construction, including site preparation, structural work, interior finishes, mechanical/electrical systems, and final commissioning. The project aims to provide a modern, durable facility that supports the spiritual needs of service members and aligns with military standards for safety and durability. • Scope includes complete construction of a new chapel building (foundations, superstructure, roofing, interior finishes). • Must comply with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers specifications, military construction standards, and applicable local building codes. • Contractor will manage design coordination, procurement, construction, quality assurance, and handover to the government.
