The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Highways, is issuing an open‑end RFQ to establish a standing contract for the supply of breakaway sign supports and all associated hardware (beams, plates, bolts, nuts, washers, shims, hinge plates, etc.) used in highway signing. Vendors must meet WVDOH standard specifications (ASTM A36, A572, A992, A123, F3125, A563, F436, A653, B36, etc.) and provide pre‑assembled units or components as required. Pricing will be submitted via WV OASIS pricing pages; the contract will be awarded to the lowest overall total cost vendor that can demonstrate the ability to meet specifications and maintain sufficient inventory. Delivery is FOB destination to the WVDOH post yard in Charleston, with a 45‑working‑day delivery window after order receipt; penalties apply for late delivery. The contract is indefinite‑duration, open‑end, with annual price‑adjustment provisions if material costs rise ≥20 %.
