Description
The Navajo Nation Fiscal Recovery Fund Office is seeking a qualified contractor to design, obtain permits for, and construct a new on‑site wastewater treatment system for the Rock Point Chapter compound. The work includes comprehensive site assessments, soil investigations, engineering design options, removal of the existing septic system, procurement of construction permits, installation of treatment infrastructure, and delivery of an Operations & Maintenance package, with completion required by 31 December 2026.
• Design engineered commercial on‑site wastewater treatment system (OWTS) with pretreatment for high‑strength waste.
• Perform soil borings, percolation tests, and provide stamped engineering reports; obtain NNEPA construction permit, SWPPP, TCP, and SSP.
• Excavate, grade, install OWTS components, replace or upgrade septic system, and provide final inspection, O&M documentation, and close‑out reporting.
