Janitorial Services - Monroe House (Jefferson City)

The State of Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive evening janitorial services for the Monroe House building (approximately 7,763 sq ft) located on the 2nd floor of 235 East High Street, Jefferson City. The contract is for one year, with the possibility of adding or deleting buildings/areas during the term. Services must be performed five evenings per week (Monday‑Friday, 6 PM‑12 AM) and include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi‑annual cleaning tasks, supply provision, equipment maintenance, and compliance with environmental and safety standards.
