NATO’s Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is conducting pre‑competitive market engagement to collect industry input for a future acquisition that will replace NATO’s fragmented voice, video‑tele‑conferencing and messaging services with a single, integrated Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) platform. The RFI seeks technical and operational concepts, security approaches, AI‑enabled features, endpoint‑as‑a‑service options, migration strategies, and support models for deployments across NATO’s classified networks (RESTRICTED and SECRET). Respondents must be incorporated in a NATO member nation and can attend a workshop in Izmir, Türkiye for clarification. No contract award is implied; the RFI is purely informational.
• Develop and propose an end‑to‑end UCC solution covering voice, video, messaging, meetings, digital learning, webinars, and federation across multiple security domains.
• Demonstrate Zero‑Trust, data‑centric security architecture, AI governance, and resilience/fallback capabilities.
• Outline migration, integration, operating, and support models (including SLA compliance, service ownership options, and endpoint lifecycle options).
• Provide clarification on AI‑enabled functions, device‑as‑a‑service models, and security compliance with NATO directives.
