InterRAI Assessment Evaluation

The State of Nebraska’s Department of Administrative Services (Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau) is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the state’s use of interRAI assessment tools (interRAI‑ID, interRAI‑ChYMH‑DD, and ChYMH‑DD‑AS) across developmental‑disability programs. The consultant will assess current processes, analyze data, engage stakeholders, benchmark against peer states, and provide actionable algorithm and methodology recommendations, with optional post‑implementation support. Deliverables are phased over a five‑month contract period. • Conduct a current‑state assessment of interRAI implementation, including intake, scoring, and LOC/LON determinations. • Perform data analysis and peer‑state review to identify reliability, validity, and best‑practice gaps. • Produce a series of reports (preliminary findings, detailed analysis, algorithm recommendations) and a final presentation to DDA leadership. • Deliver a detailed work plan within 30 days of contract start and optional hourly technical assistance after the primary evaluation.
