Description
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors that can provide operational, administrative, technical, and process‑support services for its Tickets & Citations Management Application (TCMA). The goal is to ensure the system’s full citation lifecycle—from issuance through payment coordination and closeout—is effectively managed, and to support any enhancements needed for Miscellaneous Payment Requisition processes. Vendors will be evaluated on their ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the existing application, as well as to supply staff or resources for day‑to‑day operations.
