18th FAB Refrigeration Truck and Ice

The U.S. Army’s 18th Field Artillery Brigade (FAB) requires a contractor to provide two refrigerated (reefer) box trucks to transport frozen rations—including ice, UGR‑A, milk, and fresh produce—across the brigade’s operational footprint from 08 September to 18 September 2026. One truck will remain stationary at the field site with 100 bags of ice, while both trucks will be convoyed from Ft. Bragg SSMO to the grid location. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision, maintain 24‑hour operations, handle waste removal, and leave the truck accessible for emergencies. A point of contact must be provided to coordinate with the 18th FAB. The effort is expected to last 11 calendar days, with multiple pickup dates on a 2‑2‑3 ration cycle. • Provide two drivable refrigerated box trucks (one dedicated to ice) • Transport frozen rations from Ft. Bragg SSMO to GRID 17S PU 5254 8273 (Fort Bragg) • Operate 24 hours per day, covering pickup dates 8, 11, 14, 16 Sept 2026 (all 0730) • Supply all personnel, equipment, supervision, and documentation • Remove all trash/debris by 18 Sept 2026 and leave site clean • Maintain truck key in the vehicle for emergency access • Coordinate with assigned POCs (SSG Ohikhuare, MSG Rattley, CW3 Anderson)
