Provision of On-Demand Demolition and Installation of Synthetic Turf, Goal Systems, and Related Work on a Multi-Year Contract

This multi‑year contract gives the County a ready‑to‑call‑on contractor to demolish existing synthetic‑turf fields and install new dual‑fiber turf systems, goal‑post assemblies, drainage, base work, and related site improvements on an on‑demand basis. The work includes full removal and disposal of old turf, laser grading, stone‑base preparation, installation of drainage and under‑drains, placement of new synthetic turf with specified fiber and backing, infill provisioning, goal‑system installation, field markings, final rolling/settling, performance testing, and extensive close‑out documentation and warranties (8‑10 years). The contract runs for an initial year starting 1 Jan 2027 with automatic yearly renewals up to a total of three years, and includes substantial bonding and insurance requirements. • Demolition, disposal, laser grading, drainage, and base preparation for up to two field replacements each year (minimum 6 fields over three years). • Installation of dual‑fiber synthetic‑turf systems, infill, goal‑systems, field markings, and required testing (G‑max, HIC, permeability). • Mandatory 5 % retainage, 30‑day payment terms, and extensive warranty obligations (8‑10 years) plus provision of spare material and training.
