The City of Farmington is seeking a qualified firm to provide end‑to‑end utility statement processing, printing, inserting, folding and mailing services for its electric utility customers. The contractor will handle three‑color digital duplex printing of monthly utility statements (≈300,000 per year), two‑color printing of disconnect notices (≈60,000 per year), and separate shut‑off notifications (≈5,000 per year). Services include data file handling (XLS via FTP), integration with the City’s Central Square platform, API connection to Invoice Cloud, secure data handling, disaster‑recovery procedures, and an online portal for tracking.
