Fire Uniforms

The City of Columbia, Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a full line of fire‑department uniforms and related apparel for a one‑year contract, with the option to renew up to four additional one‑year periods. The contractor must be a licensed dealer of the specified fire‑protective garments, provide documented compliance with NFPA 1975 standards, and be able to deliver items FOB to the Fire Department Training Academy. The scope includes tactical trousers, cotton trousers, chief officer station‑wear, polyester slacks, long‑ and short‑sleeve shirts, polos, jackets, badges, insignia, and alteration services. Pricing must be firm, fixed, and include freight; the city may require on‑site size‑run measurements if requested. Evaluation will be based on cost (70 %) and experience/method of performance (30 %).
