Description

The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals for Fleet Payment Solutions with Related Services, including card, mobile application, digital, and virtual payment services permitting City of Raleigh employees to make purchases of fuel, oil, and fluids for vehicles, and watercraft, including gasoline, diesel fuel, alternative fuels, natural gas, propane, lubricants, and fluids, as well as Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station fees. The awarded proposer shall provide services, all as set forth in this RFP and more particularly described in Section 4. Some key requirements include: * Providing a wide array of equipment, products, or services at lower prices and with better value than what they would ordinarily offer to a single government entity * Complying with all applicable industry standards, laws, and regulations * Possessing the ability to market and distribute the equipment, products, or services to Participating Entities * Providing a sole source of responsibility for the products and services provided under a resulting contract * Offering a dedicated account manager * Complying with the City's brand and communication guidelines, as well as accessibility requirements * Providing education and training to all contractors' employees before they are exposed to potential workplace or other hazards * Complying with E-Verify, the federal E-Verify program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security * Certifying compliance with the Iran Divestment Act and the Companies Boycotting Israel Divestment Act. The City prefers vendors that provide a sole source of responsibility for the products and services provided under a resulting contract.
