Mail Security Scanner

The Michigan Army National Guard is seeking a mail security scanner to detect Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) substances in mail and packages. The scanner must be able to travel to local armories or other installations when requested and come with a 12-month warranty. The scanner should be able to detect all 9 types of postal threats listed by the Department of Homeland Security and have a Safety Act Designation by the Department of Homeland Security.
