The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking a contractor to provide Lenel maintenance services for their access control systems. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual health checks, preventative maintenance, and repair of Lenel equipment, as well as providing technical support and performing ad hoc services as requested. The contract has a base period of 12 months and four 12-month options, with a total potential period of performance of 5 years. The contractor must be a Lenel Value Added Reseller and have employees certified by Lenel United Technologies. • The contractor will perform annual health checks on currently installed Lenel systems. • The contractor will provide technical support for all Lenel equipment installed at DTRA, Kirtland AFB, NM. • The contractor will perform ad hoc services, including license renewal or purchase, procurement and installation of hardware and software, and remedial maintenance and repair. • The contractor will provide a Quality Control Plan and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract. • The contractor will submit monthly status and performance reports, as well as financial reports and payment history reports.
