Description
The City of Bryan is seeking a qualified construction firm to execute three related wastewater infrastructure projects: (A) construction of a new north‑west sewer interceptor, (B) bank stabilization at the Still Creek sewer plant, and (C) replacement of pumps, motors, and associated piping at the Still Creek WWTP. The work includes demolition of existing pipe, installation of new sanitary sewer lines, sheet‑piling and rip‑rap for erosion control, and removal/installation of pumps, motors, slide gates, and valves. The contractor must provide all permits, performance and payment bonds, insurance, warranties, and operation‑and‑maintenance manuals. The projects are scheduled to begin in March 2027 with an estimated total construction period of 75 working days for packages A and C and 120 working days for package B.
