Vicenza FM Transmission Services

The Defense Media Activity (DMA) intends to award a contract to provide FM transmission services for one base year with four option years. The contractor shall provide and maintain the necessary infrastructure, including the transmitter tower, antenna, and associated equipment, as well as the personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and other services required to ensure continuous broadcasting of the AFN FM radio signal. This service will support the 40,000 authorized audience members in the Vicenza American military community and surrounding areas. • The contract will be for a base year with four option years, from 01 January 2025 – 31 December 2030. • The contractor must provide and maintain the necessary infrastructure for continuous broadcasting of the AFN FM radio signal. • The service will support the 40,000 authorized audience members in the Vicenza American military community and surrounding areas. • The Government anticipates a firm fixed price award.
