The Powder River Conservation District is seeking professional services to provide fish passage and reduce maintenance for the water user at the Middle Fork Powder River Modoc Diversion. The project entails designing the repair of the diversion dam and associated structures, streambank protection, and channel bed stabilization in accordance with USDA/NRCS design standards. The selected contractor will be responsible for tasks including project management, 10% design, site assessment, 50% design, permitting, 90% design, and final designs. The proposal should include a description of services to be provided, cost estimate, qualifications, and a tentative schedule for completion. • The project requires experience in performing similar services, • a proposed timeline for completion of services, • and reasonable project costs/rate schedule. • The contractor will need to coordinate with various agencies, including WY Game & Fish, PRCD, and NRCS. • The project is expected to be completed by July 2026.
