The State of Colorado’s Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) is seeking qualified public, tribal, or nonprofit organizations to deliver the federal PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) program statewide. The award will fund outreach, engagement, case management, behavioral health, and housing‑related services for adults experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk, who have serious mental illness and/or co‑occurring substance use disorders. Contracts start July 1 2027, run for one fiscal year (renewable up to five years), and may be worth up to $500,000 per year with a required 36 % non‑federal match.

• Target population: Adults ≥ 18 y with SMI ± SUD who are homeless or at imminent risk
