Description
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking information from qualified firms to support a forthcoming Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that will provide enterprise‑wide Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) services. The effort will be performed on‑site at DIA facilities and will require TS/SCI‑cleared personnel. Respondents must detail their experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management, DoD risk‑management standards, and provide a rough order‑of‑magnitude cost estimate. The response must be submitted by 23 Oct 2026.
• Provide risk‑assessment, control‑testing, deficiency reporting, and corrective‑action support across multiple RMIC domains (ICOR, non‑financial IT, ERM, FRM, SCRM).
• Maintain work products in ServiceNow IRM, ensure compliance with DoDI 5010.40, GAO FISCAM, and other federal standards.
• Supply staffing plan with TS/SCI‑cleared personnel, a quality‑control program, and recommendations for BPA structure and pricing.
