RFP- Security Services 2026-2027

The Gila Crossing Community School (GCCS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide night‑time security patrols and a visible presence at its two campuses in Laveen, Arizona, with occasional custodial or maintenance tasks as directed by the building principal. The contract covers a one‑year base period (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) and may be renewed at the Board’s discretion. Bidders must hold an Arizona security‑service license and obtain a business permit for the Gila River Reservation. Proposals must be submitted in hard‑copy (original + seven copies) by June 7 2026. • Provide night security patrols for both North and South campuses (≈1.7 mi apart). • Perform limited custodial/maintenance duties when requested by the principal. • Submit personnel resumes, references (preferably schools), and a full cost breakdown. • Must meet licensing and tribal permit requirements; no subcontracting without prior written consent.
