Kites Over Mobile – Kite Master Services

The City of Mobile is seeking a qualified “Kite Master” to provide large‑format show kites, stunt kite demonstrations, and on‑site kite sales for its two‑day Kites Over Mobile festival (April 18‑19, 2026). The vendor must supply all equipment, staffing, safety plans, and post‑event marketing assets, and must meet insurance and licensing requirements. • Produce and fly 5–12 large show kites, with a minimum of five, and conduct at least five 35‑45‑minute stunt demonstrations each day. • Operate a sales booth offering kites (minimum $10) and maintain a “kite hospital” for on‑site repairs. • Deliver detailed safety documentation, coordinate with host on wind‑range limits, crowd buffers, and weather go/no‑go decisions; provide royalty‑free photos/video after the event.
