Skyhaven Airport On-Call Professional Architect/Engineer Services

The University of Central Missouri is seeking qualifications from professional Architect/Engineering firms to provide On-Call Architect/Engineering services for various projects at the Skyhaven Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for designing and overseeing airport projects, including the extension of the runway and other related engineering services. The firm must have experience working with FAA, MODot, and other Federal agencies on airport projects, and must be able to demonstrate their technical competence and capacity to meet project schedules. The contract will be for a period of five years, and the University reserves the right to abandon or terminate the contract at any time. Some key points to consider are: • The firm must have at least five years of experience providing Professional Architect/Engineering Services as a Prime Consultant on designing and overseeing airport projects of similar size and scope. • The firm must have the staff and capability to perform the primary functions of each project/service. • The firm must have a track record of providing consulting and design services for airport construction projects that resulted in controlled costs and came in at or under budget. • The firm must be able to complete and assist in completing FAA, MODot, or any other Federal documents to comply with standards associated with the grant funds being utilized.
