Bulk Waste Cards

The City of Sandy is soliciting bids for the printing and mailing of approximately 25,000 Bulk Waste Program postcards. The winning vendor will be expected to print postcards and have them completed for the City's inspection by the week of February 10, 2026, and deliver them to the Sandy City Post Office by February 23, 2026, for mailing. The vendor will be responsible for including postage costs in the bid. The contract is expected to be awarded for one year with the option to renew for an additional two years. • The scope of work includes printing and mailing postcards with variable data (pick-up date and address). • The printing specifications include full-color over white 4/4, 80#-100# cover (gloss one side), 9"x5", and database mail with 20 different areas and dates. • The vendor must submit their bid and supplemental information on Ion Wave by the due date and time listed. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularity or technical error in the form of bids or in compliance with the instructions to offerors.
