Cheyenne MPO 24 Hour Traffic Counts - 2026

The City of Cheyenne is seeking bids to collect 24-hour traffic volumes within the Cheyenne urban area. The project involves collecting standard and specialized traffic counts, including 24-hour volume counts, heavy truck classifications, and speed data. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the proposed goods and/or services at the prices stated in accordance with the General Provisions, Special Provisions, and other applicable bidding documents. • The project requires the collection of 300 standard counts and 100 specialized counts. • The bidder must provide a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid if the total bid amount is $75,000 or more. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and city laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The bidder must provide a warranty on labor and materials. • The bidder must assume costs of all labor, materials, per diem, freight, transportation, and any other item incidental to warranty maintenance or repairs.
