Sponsorship Services for the Evergreen State Fair

The Evergreen State Fair is seeking a qualified individual or firm with experience in fair and exposition sponsorship programs to manage, expand, and enhance the County’s existing sponsorship portfolio. The contractor will be responsible for stakeholder outreach, sponsor acquisition, contract negotiations, and ongoing sponsor relationship management throughout the fair season. This effort aims to increase sponsorship revenue and improve sponsor satisfaction for future events. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for the Evergreen State Fair. • Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors while retaining existing ones. • Conduct contract negotiations, reporting, and fulfillment of sponsor deliverables. • Provide regular updates and performance metrics to the County’s purchasing department. • Ensure compliance with all relevant county policies and fair regulations.
