Tanker Voyage Charter

The U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command is seeking proposals for a single‑voyage (spot) tanker charter to transport JP‑5 fuel from Killingholme, United Kingdom to Akrotiri, Cyprus. The contract will be a Firm‑Fixed‑Price arrangement using Standard Form 1449, with freight and demurrage rates to be priced by the offeror.
