R602--VA Lab Courier Services - Mountain Home and Knoxville, TN

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking responses from capable and interested contractors to determine whether to conduct competitive procurement for laboratory courier services. The contractor will be responsible for providing daily scheduled pickups and deliveries of laboratory specimens, lab-related supplies and equipment, and inter-office mail between the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center and the Community Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) and Rural Outreach Clinics (ROCs). The service locations include various sites in Tennessee and Virginia. The government is seeking a five-year period of performance from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031.
