IDIQ- STATEWIDE EMERGENCY ITS AND TRAFFIC MAINTENANCE, FY25-FY27

The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking bids for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for statewide emergency ITS and traffic maintenance. The work includes maintenance and repair of signalized intersections, signal coordination systems, pedestrian signals, and other traffic components or devices. The contract duration is 1,095 calendar days, and the maximum value of each contract is $16,000,000.00. • The work includes both on-call emergencies and maintenance repairs. • The contractor is required to perform no less than 50% of the total original contract price with their own organization. • The Department intends to award to multiple bidders based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s). • The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all materials and equipment meet the Buy America requirements. • The contractor shall comply with the DBE program requirements and submit a DBE Utilization Commitment Statement at the time of bid.
