Water Treatment Plant Maintenance Package 'B'; Project No. 25-4262

The City of Hollywood is soliciting bids to demolish and replace major process equipment at its Water Treatment Facility. The work includes removal and installation of lime slaker systems, filter surface wash system, sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) feed system, and sludge pump piping, along with associated pumps, tanks, valves, electrical, controls, structural repairs, and commissioning. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, permits, testing, and start‑up to deliver fully operational systems under a one‑year contract. • Demolition of existing lime slaker, filter wash, SHMP feed, and sludge pump systems. • Supply and install new equipment, piping, valves, electrical and control systems. • Perform structural repairs, trench work, and equipment pad construction. • Complete start‑up, testing, and commissioning. • Provide required permits, insurance, performance and payment bonds, and comply with City safety and environmental regulations.
