Description
The Navy is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide a broad suite of technical and support services for the B Department of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. Work includes IT system administration and cybersecurity, program financial management, technical writing, operations support, configuration management, program analysis, facilities and property management, procurement assistance, and electronics technician services. The effort is a cost‑plus‑fixed‑fee, level‑of‑effort task order with a one‑year base period and up to four additional one‑year options (total possible performance of five years). Labor is structured in detailed labor‑category mixes totaling roughly 644 k hours (including a 20 % surge option). The contract requires Secret‑level facility clearance, CMMC Level 2 compliance, and adherence to extensive reporting (CDRLs) and security/OPSEC requirements. The award is anticipated in early 2028 with work performed primarily at NSWCDD in Dahlgren, VA, and at the Wallops Flight Facility.
