The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking a qualified firm to provide Salesforce consulting services, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support. The selected firm will work with the Corporation's System Administrator to provide monthly support for system enhancements, configurations, optimizations, maintenance, fixes, and updates to the Salesforce Lightning platform. The scope of work includes system administrator and user training, as well as integration with third-party applications. The Corporation is looking for a firm with experience in government and non-profit Salesforce systems design, development, implementation, customization, and support. • The firm should have a proven track record of providing solutions that address the needs of multiple departments while prioritizing functionality and user experience. • The firm should have knowledge of economic development organizations. • The firm should be able to provide a proposed fee structure, including costs for specific task items and an estimate of the duration and number of hours to complete each task. • The firm should be able to provide a personnel schedule, including job titles and billing rates for any work that may be undertaken under this contract.
