Seasonal Mobile Food Vendor Permits

The Town of Brookfield Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified mobile food vendors for exclusive seasonal operation of Ice Cream Trucks and Food Trucks at designated Town-owned locations. The successful bidders will provide seasonal food services ensuring safe, high-quality, and professionally managed mobile vending operations. The locations include Brookfield Town Hall, Cadigan Park, and Grays Bridge Recreation Area. • The bid is for the remainder of the 2026 season. • Four permits will be awarded. • Separate bids are required for each location. • The Cadigan Park Food Truck location will not be bid until the 2027 annual bid cycle. • The successful bidders will provide seasonal food services.
