Martin Theatre Management and Operations

The City of Panama City is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified operators to manage, staff, operate, and program the Martin Theatre. The scope of the project includes programming, maintenance, ticketing and customer relations, marketing, food and beverage, security, back-office operations, and more. The city is looking for a turnkey operator to manage 200+ events per year in a renovated historic venue, leveraging Panama City's tourism and collaborations with local festivals and marinas. • The proposal submission deadline is June 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT. • A voluntary pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT. • The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals. • The city is not responsible for any costs incurred by proposers in connection with their response to this RFP.
