Sole Source Purchase for Operation and Maintenance of Pipeline Valves and Pumping Equipment

The Office of the State Engineer is seeking a sole source purchase for the operation and maintenance of pipeline valves and pumping equipment. The selected contractor will be responsible for opening, closing, inspection, and routine maintenance of pipeline valves, operation of pumping equipment, and monitoring well output. The contract term is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2029. The contractor will need to have experience and equipment to perform the required services. Some key responsibilities include: • Opening, closing, inspection, and routine maintenance of pipeline valves • Operation of pumping equipment as needed • Monitoring well output for variations in volume • Inspection and routine maintenance of all wells and well bores • Inspection and routine maintenance of the outfall structure at the discharge point • Monitoring, reading, and recording of all meter readings The ideal contractor will have a great working relationship with the ISC staff, be familiar with the history and operation of the well field, and have the necessary equipment on site to perform repairs.
