Digital Shore Telephone System

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide services for the installation and programming of a digital shore telephone system. The scope of work includes installing new digital communication servers, removing and replacing portions of the existing system, and programming phone systems. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed schedule of work, attend daily production meetings, and provide written daily status reports. The period of performance is from November 5, 2025, to December 1, 2025. • The contractor must provide services to assist the Ship's Force in grooming, updating, and installing the digital communication system. • The contractor must provide a list of personnel expected to work during the weekend prior to the close of business on the Tuesday before the weekend. • The contractor must provide a written daily status report to the PNSY WIL and the Ship's Availability Coordinator. • The contractor must update PNSY, the Ship's Duty Officer, and the Availability Coordinator of progress and/or changes in schedule.
