Miami University Physician Associate Studies Clinical Placement Provider

Miami University’s Physician Associate Studies Department is seeking a qualified vendor to procure and manage in‑person clinical placement experiences for its students in specialties that are difficult to secure locally. The provider must deliver a minimum of 120 verified educational hours per student, match students with appropriate preceptors, handle onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements. The contract will be effective December 1 2026 and run through December 1 2028, with a possible extension of up to 24 months. Vendors must demonstrate credentials, references, and the ability to provide transparent pricing, rebate options, and sustainability practices. Evaluation will be based on qualifications, service scenario responses, value‑added services, and compliance with university policies.
