Description
The State of Hawaii’s Department of Health is seeking a qualified vendor to coordinate and deliver suicide‑prevention train‑the‑trainer services on Moloka‘i and Kaua‘i. The contractor will plan and execute at least two “train‑the‑trainer” events, certify a minimum of ten local trainers, and ensure each certified trainer conducts at least two gatekeeper trainings within twelve months of certification. The work also includes maintaining training‑tracking data, serving as liaison to the Emergency Medical Services and Injury Prevention System Branch, and delivering an end‑of‑project summary report.
