IT Professional Services

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans is seeking a qualified firm to provide information technology professional services to support the Board's Office of the Chief Information Officer. The selected firm will provide qualified technical personnel, management oversight, and professional services to support IT operations, including help desk and end-user support, PC deployment and lifecycle management, enterprise application support, database administration, GIS operations, and network administration. The firm will also provide specialized technical services, including project management, cloud engineering, database management, and network engineering. The contract will be for a multi-year period, with the option to adjust staffing levels and service categories as needed. • The selected firm will be responsible for providing IT services to support the Board's operations, including help desk and end-user support, PC deployment and lifecycle management, and enterprise application support. • The firm will also be responsible for providing specialized technical services, including project management, cloud engineering, and database management. • The contract will be for a multi-year period, with the option to adjust staffing levels and service categories as needed. • The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed staffing plan, including the number of personnel required to support each service category. • The firm will also be required to provide a detailed pricing plan, including the costs associated with each service category.
