Description
The Town of Westminster is seeking qualified contractors to replace two aging gas‑fired boilers at the Forbush Memorial Library. The scope includes removal of existing Peerless boilers, supply and installation of two new Ideal Gallant Solo units (399 kBtu/hr and 250 kBtu/hr), associated piping, venting, electrical and control modifications, installation of a de‑humidification system, obtaining permits, inspections, and commissioning the system. Work must be completed as soon as feasible, weather permitting, with a mandatory pre‑bid conference and site visit.
